It is that time of year....so start clearing our your craft area and make room for some more goodies!

Shoppers:  if you are receiving this email, it's a personal invitation from me to "pre shop" on Friday, August 16th from 6:00pm until 9:00pm.  Doors open promptly at 6.  You may arrive anytime after 5:30pm.  Bring your own bag and shop till you drop.  There will be lots of new and previously loved stamping and scrapbooking items.  Feel free to share this invitation with any of your friends/family.
Sale on Saturday begins promptly at 9:00am, you may arrive anytime after 8:30am.  Feel free to shop both days!

All items are sold AS IS......


Sellers:  I invite everyone to sell anything that is stamping and scrapping related (does NOT need to be stampin' up).  ALL items need to be clearly marked with your asking price and your name or initials.  Items can be dropped off between August 1st and August 15th.  Please make sure all items are in decent condition and ONLY stamping/scrapping related.   You do NOT need to be present at the yardsale, I will do all the set up, prep, clean up and you reap the benefits.  I do, however, require 15% commission.    After the sale is over, I will have your items packed up and you may pick up your items and money (I try very hard to give everyone cash).  Items need to be picked up by the end of August.  Items that are left at my house a month after the sale become mine.
Many ask me how I price....I do price to move items, not make a ton of money.  I tend to make my items a good 50-75% off.  If my stamps are really well loved, sometimes up to 80-85% off.   If an item is brand new, never opened, I may go a little closer to the new price (mainly for newer stamps, paper, ink pads etc)

Yes....it's that time of year!  The one you've all been waiting for!  YARD SALE TIME!!!!

Who doesn't love a good bargain?  Every year at this time.....it's out with the old, in with the new.  I need to make room for all my new goodies and so I sell my retired stamps/accessories.  I invite you all to sell as well!

WHEN:  Saturday, August 17th at 9am SHARP (over at noon) 
WHERE:  my house
WHAT:  any and all stamping/scrapping related items.
CASH ONLY and all sales final (I accept checks from established customers)

I am advertising this in the papers/online to the general public....but for you, my tried and true customers....I am offering a sneak peek on Friday, August 16th from 6:00- 9:00pm.  You are welcome to tell friends/family and bring them along with you! 

**You are welcome to sell items as well!  All items need to be stamping and scrapping related...any and all brands are acceptable.  Items MUST have your name/asking price on EVERYTHING.....and dropped off at my house prior to August 15th.  No need to be present....I do all the work and reimburse you after.  Items/money  must be picked up within 1 week after the sale.  I do take 15% commission for my efforts.
