10 for 25 at Norlo

Hello stampers,
sorry it's been so long!  We held our yearly 10 for $25.00 at Norlo Park last Saturday and what a great event we had!  It was a smaller group than we are used to, but the cards were amazing- I have such a GREAT group of demos to work with!

Pics are a little different.  My camera finally died and I am using Jr's.  Which happened to be away with him on a school trip.  So, thanks for being patient!

WOW Wednesday

Thanks to all of you who attended Wow Wednesday last week.....I had to cancel it on the last Wednesday of the month....and thanks to you all for being so understanding.  I had the projects planned, so I thought I would do them at Mystery Monday the following week, which was held on a Tuesday due to Labor Day.....whew!

So, here is what we made:

I found this cool pop up on Pinterest....what did we do before Pinterest.  We used the Bright Blossoms set and I had to change it a bit since I didn't have 12 x12 Real Red.  It's super easy.

Love this one!  I was drawn to the Perfectly Preserved Set as soon as I saw the Holiday Mini.  This set comes bundled with a set of framelits that will cut out the pear and stem.  Love the color combo of mustard, limeade, raspberry and island indigo.  Cute card with lots of big shotting!!

I showed this cute back pack before.....I made them for Jr's teachers on the first day of school.  We made this a million years ago, but it's always good to revisit the past for some good ideas.   You can find the pattern by ........CLICKING HERE

 

Blog Issues

Hello Happy Stampers,
I have  been having some blog issues of late and been working on them this week.  Apparently, I have taken up all my FREE picture space on Picasa and can no longer upload pictures.  Well....I can...but I have to BUY space for 2.50 per month.  I refuse to do that.

I've been researching alternatives (and if any of you blog savvy peeps out there know a way around it, I'm happy to hear it) but, what I concluded is that I will not be posting as many random pictures as I had in the past. 

I will continue to post pictures from all my classes I've had so you can see what you missed.  And I will show samples here and there.  I'm also going to get rid of pictures I've had on here from 2011.  I think if I delete them each year, it will free up enough space for the next year and we'll be fine.  I just won't have an archive to go back to year after year.

I have deleted 2011 and found more free space.....so, I'll be posting WOW class that we had on Tuesday very soon!
